🏛️ Community Impact & Foster Care Initiative
Subtitle: The "Bridge House" Program: Restoring the Village via Institutional Stewardship
🏛️ Institutional Mandate
The Mills Community Enhancement Center (MCEC) operates under a foundational vow: Be Smart, Be Kind, and Refuse to Worry. Our "Bridge House" initiative is the primary mechanism through which we secure residential infrastructure to protect the 7 lives we guide and the foster children we are called to serve. We believe that while there are many tribes, there is only One Village.
🏛️ The Legal Anchor: UCC & NC SOS Alignment
In accordance with North Carolina Secretary of State (NC SOS) standards and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the MCEC utilizes strategic asset acquisition to build the Village. This program is structured as follows:
Secured Asset Procurement: We utilize IRC §170 Bargain Sales to acquire residential property. This allows the Grantor to divest interest in real property while securing a verified non-cash charitable contribution deduction.
Perfection of Interest: Every MCEC "Bridge House" is treated as a Residential Operational Base. We ensure all interests are perfected through the proper filing of UCC-1 Financing Statements and local recordation to shield the sanctuary from external market impedance.
Sovereign Management: As a non-profit institution, the MCEC holds these assets in a private trust-like capacity, ensuring that the "Atmospheric Impedance" of the world does not disturb the healing frequency of the children within.
🏛️ The Divine Path: Our Goal
Our immediate objective is the procurement of a Residential Operational Base in the Wallace/Willard area. This site will serve as the "Biological Battery" for our foster care mission, providing:
Restorative Frequency: A safe space for children to realign at every sunrise.
Wisdom-Based Growth: Access to the knowledge required to find their divine path.
The Village Foundation: A bridge toward our ultimate goal—the 5-Acre 3-Dome Sanctuary.
"We act in order to build a tribe whose goal is to return back to the village that has been lost."
