The Mills Community Enhancement Center (MCEC) is a 501(c)(3) [Pending/Non-Profit] organization dedicated to community enhancement, veteran advocacy, and spiritual sanctuary.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE: Our advocacy is rooted in the principles of Good Faith (UCC § 1-304) and transparency. We assist our members in navigating administrative processes and exercising their consumer rights, but we do not guarantee specific legal outcomes.
