🏛️ MCEC SANCTUARY PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: January 16, 2026

At the Mills Community Enhancement Center (MCEC), we respect the privacy of our members, veterans, and community partners. This policy outlines how we handle the information you entrust to us at MCECSanctuary.org.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT: We collect information provided voluntarily by you, such as your name, email, and details regarding consumer disputes or requests for sanctuary services. We do not collect data "automatically" to track or profile our visitors.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA: Information submitted to the MCEC is used exclusively to:

  • Provide administrative advocacy and support.

  • Facilitate communication between our staff and community members.

  • Document patterns of predatory business practices for state reporting.

3. DATA PROTECTION (THE SANCTUARY PROMISE): We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or "Sharks." Your data is shared with government agencies (such as the DMV or Attorney General) only at your request or as part of a formal advocacy filing on your behalf.

4. YOUR CONTROL: As a Sovereign individual, you have the right to request the removal of your information from our files at any time.

5. SECURITY: We use industry-standard encryption to ensure that your "Atmospheric Impedance" against outside threats remains high and your data remains secure.
